Senior Brand Manager
Privately owned food business with some of the UK's most highly visible & recognizable brands, focused for the next 3-5 years on innovation and pushing the brand into new territory.
A fast-paced and ambitious environment - big thinking backed by big budgets in order to allow innovation to lead the business agenda and separate them for the competition.
A Senior Brand Manager on their biggest portfolio, with line management responsibility and a strategic remit to bring new products to market in the coming years.
A large chunk of your budget will be earmarked for innovation projects, with the business looking to move the brand into new areas (including tapping into current health trends) and so a great opportunity to drive some exciting product development.
They're looking for commercially strong marketers who know their way around a P&L, but are equally adept and comfortable with creativity and developing strong ATL.
Strong track record in FMCG/durables brand management, demonstrating a broad range of experience but with a key focus being strategic, long-term thinking and evidence of successful end-to-end campaign management.
The role has line management responsibility so experience here is great but not essential, however the desire to lead a team in future and progress quickly to manager/controller level needs to be shown.
