Field based with weekly presence at Head Office in Leicestershire.

Happy Pet Products Ltd has a wealth of speciality brands recognised throughout the international marketplace. As a National Account Manager, your key challenge will be to drive profitable growth with both new and existing clients. You will manage all aspects of the relationship with your customers, both internally and externally. You will be responsible for developing the long term strategy for your customers and respective sales channels.

Deliverables include;

  • Creating and delivering business plans that encompass both customer and company objectives.
  • Developing strong and viable customer relationships, adding value to your clients.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and cost control to optimise revenue.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills together with an entrepreneurial flair.
  • Ability to adapt and embrace change.

It is likely but not essential, that you will educated to degree level with a proven track record in FMCG account management. You must have the ability to motivate and inspire the team around you in order to maximise sales potential.
