UK Sales Manager (National Account Manager) – Coffee

£50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading business in the FMCG food industry. They are a multi-million pound business with fantastic distribution across the Foodservice and Retail markets and have recently taken on a new coffee concept. Working with a very high profile coffee brand they have had great initial success in developing this coffee offering within the Retail and Convenience channels. They now require an experience Coffee Sales Manager to join their team and help continue to drive new business.

As UK Coffee Sales Manager you will take the lead on the development of the coffee concept. This will involve identifying and securing new group level agreements with a focus on the Forecourt and Convenience sectors. You will be responsible for managing the external relationship with the coffee concept partner and will work very closely with the Head of Retail to maximise the potential of the offer in all UK stores. Whilst you will not directly manage a team you will liaise regularly with the field sales team to ensure effective implementation and activation at store level.

In order to be considered to this fantastic opportunity it is essential that you have an in-depth understanding of the UK coffee marketplace. Those with a network within the Convenience and Forecourts sector will be at a distinct advantage but this is not a necessity. You will need to have operated at National Account level and be comfortable managing P&L. This role will require a self-starter who enjoys hunting for new business and working in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
