Business Development Executives are required to sell our successful range of hot food to go concepts focussing mainly in the convenience retail, leisure and independent channels. In addition to the basic KPI's a regional set of accounts including nationally recognised convenience retailers and top 4 grocers will have outlets that need support and developing as part of managing a defined territory.

  • Achieving & Exceeding targets for new business
  • Building rate of sale throughout the customer base and upselling products
  • Supporting current stockists with staff advocacy, training, sampling and POS support
  • Building and monitoring a sales pipeline
  • Actively targeting multiple site operators and building proposals to achieve goals
  • Execution of installations in all outlets
  • Resolving customer queries and issues whilst working closely with internal colleagues
  • Producing key customer reports on a regular basis along with territory planning
  • Building close working relationships with key customer management teams
  • Attending and setting up trade show stands and other functions
  • Full and accurate use of Caterlyst CRM system
