Looking for a new Commercial Manager role managing Retail customers? This role is highly sought after because of the customers you manage, their focus is on quality foods and developing long-term partnerships with their suppliers. Your customer believes in treating people fairly and sourcing responsibly
So what about the role?
The Commercial Manager role takes full accountability for the Retail account driving the category and looking to develop new opportunities. It works closely with all functions at the Food Manufacturing site in London. Development and Manufacturing are two key customers with regular meeting and updates. This is a dynamic environment where opportunities are to be grasped and a "can do" attitude required to drive the NPD calendar. The role reports into the Commercial Controller, this is a role with autonomy and freedom to act.

- To write and develop a business plan for the Retail account
- Strong relationships with the Retailer
- Ability to work cross functionally
- A passion for Food and New trends
- Commercial P&L understanding
- Category Knowledge and application
- The company is able to provide development within Commercial roles
