Regional Sales Manager
BAKO North Western Group is the primary distributor to the bakery and associated food industries, providing quality raw materials and finished products. We offer leading brand names, together with our own ‘national’ brand, produced for us by carefully selected manufacturers. Our dedicated vehicle fleet currently distributes ambient, chilled and frozen goods to our growing customer base who demand competitive pricing and excellent service.
Due to continued growth and expansion, exciting opportunities have arisen for positions within our current team of sales professionals, to manage and develop existing Bakery/Food Service customers as well as identifying new customers within the current and prospective market place.
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
South East Region
• Overall responsibility for the management and development of the South Eastern Sales team, with the aim of exceeding turnover and profit expectations for the business.
• Management of the creation and implementation of an annual sales & margin budget, sales strategy and rolling sales forecast.
• Ability to be a key contributor in the management of the South Eastern business unit
• Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
