There is a new and exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, fast growing team within a successful Shopper Marketing agency based in London.
They work with major retailers and FMCG brands, delivering successful shopper marketing campaigns. They have built strong and trusted relationships with their clients over the years and place the consumer at the heart of their strategies. Their success lies in their deep knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends which they acquire through insights and analysis.
They are now looking for a Client Director to manage a major account, delivering amazing client service and identifying new opportunities to grow the relationship.
Business development is an integral part of the role. By identifying new clients and bringing them on board you will actively participate in the growth and success of the agency.
You will also manage a team of 9 people at varying levels, looking after the quality of their work and their professional development, setting objectives and conducting performance reviews regularly.
The campaigns you will be creating will need to be evaluated to ensure success and revenue growth. You will base your strategy on customer insights and make recommendations to the wider business to add value to the work delivered by the agency.
The ideal candidate:
- Leadership and commercial acumen are two essential qualities
- Keen interest in the retail space and shopper marketing is essential
- Previous experience working on campaign management and delivery
- Previous team management experience
- 5+ years in marketing
- Understanding and passion for insights is a plus
