SALES PROFESSIONAL – OFFICE BASED
Kent Foods are a leading distributor of food ingredients to U.K. and European food manufacturers. A vacancy has occurred within our internal sales force for an experienced Sales Professional based in our Braehead, Renfrew offices. This position will be of interest to anyone who has either direct experience of sales to the food industry or to a similar fast moving market.
You will be responsible for:-
- Generating your own sales leads and prospecting for new business
- Effective communication with all internal and external colleagues and partners
- Maintaining and updating accurately customer records
- Maximise all commercial sales opportunities
- Building and maintain lasting customer relationships
The markets we operate in are very competitive and demanding and require above average ability. Suitable candidates must be able to work efficiently under pressure, be self motivated and have a strong sales background with excellent negotiation skills. Fluency in a European language would be an advantage but not essential.
