Home based – 1 day a week in office on Yorkshire

My client are one of the leading UK manufacturers of garden paving products and driveways, with a proven track record of innovation and cutting edge products. The company’s products are designed and selected with meticulous attention to detail. They can also provide customers with approved garden designers and landscape for a bespoke package. Due to a re structure, my client are now in a position to add a National Account Manager to their team.

As National Account Manager you will be responsible for around £20m worth of turnover and inherit a range of accounts including Independent Merchants and Buying groups such as MKM, Selco, MBG and Fortis. You will be expected to grow the account base, working towards monthly targets. Part of the role you will be expected to prospect for new business. 

Requirements:

  • Must be at National or Key account level already
  • DIY/Garden Industry experience would be an advantage
  • Competent with Excel
  • Experience managing Independent/Builders Merchants and Buying groups
