This is a truly exciting time to join our client’s team and be part of something very special in the world of Luxury.  Their already well- established heritage is growing in terms of footprint and across product category, with new roles being created to support that growth.  As Global Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing a global ‘best in class’ training programme that allows blended learning via independent and class room based/conference style training. 

• Driving all aspects of Training & Education: product knowledge, brand knowledge, selling skills, recruitment skills and personal and interpersonal development.  Focus will be on transforming the counter customer experience through highly product-educated specialists who engage customers at a higher level. 
• Developing effective Train-the-Trainer concepts -  identifying key opportunities for the scheme and building strong relationships. 
• Identifying educational training & coaching techniques & tools.  Management and delivery of all global training activity for sales conferences; tactical and seasonal sales campaigns + product development launches. 

The Essentials

Based at their HQ in London, the role will require very regularly travel across the US as well as throughout Europe to deliver training to inhouse product specialists and their distributor partners.  A significant appreciation of differing cultures will therefore be important, along with a genuine love of travel - most working weeks. 

It is essential that applicants have a strong pedigree within Beauty, having spent significant time in a specialist Training & Education role.  Understanding of the high-net-worth consume/Luxury market is also a pre-requisite.
