At REACH we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Business Development Executive to work within our business. The role will be working with our client Premier Foods to maximise brand and sales through the effective use of data to prioritise actions at fascia level in conjunction with Premier Foods briefing process. 

This is a great opportunity to gain:

  • Cash and Carry Channel experience.
  • Mini Account Exec experience as in Independent C&C’s, they be working in partnership with the NAMs at Premier Foods to agree local promotions and trade events.
  • This role also completes  all the stock and order e.g. places all orders on behalf of Premier Foods at Head Office 

The right candidates will be bright, articulate and ready to exceed sales targets as well as offering the right solutions for our clients. You will be joining our high-performing team you will take charge of accelerating our performance in terms of brand awareness, event and display execution to enhance turnover and increase market share. Employed by REACH, you will be responsible for building and developing customer relationships, driving in-store training plans, and training in-store staff on new and exciting products.

Central to this role is to be able to exceed key performance indicators and be self motivated to develop into either management or a higher sales roles within the REACH business. 

The successful candidates will ideally have training experience within the Technical sector or from a retail background, although you could also be an ambitious, motivated individual with experience in other sectors. You will be excited about selling strong brands and show resilience, drive and tenacity to succeed. 
You must also hold a full driving licence.  There may be some travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.
