With a portfolio of niche subsidiary companies they have an impressive portfolio of products directly supplying the Museums,Conservation and Art Gallery sectors and continue to expand their operations to an increasing Client base across Europe. With exciting plans for further expansion they have created a new role to head the management and development of the Sales and Marketing strategies with a wide portfolio of Organisations throughout the UK.
You’ll lead from the front by managing the business relationships with both existing key customers and to develop business strategies with targeted accounts across a varied portfolio of customers including the Museums, Art and Conservation sectors. You will also take ownership for developing the marketing strategies and managing the internal sales and support teams who manage the remaining customers and in aligning business strategy across several subsidiary business units.
With proven success in managing teams and in developing business with your Clients in a B2B field sales environment you will be looking for that opportunity to develop your 'consultative selling skills' and to show exactly what you are capable of. You'll have a keen interest in the Museums, Arts and Conservation markets and will be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation and organisational skills and thrive with the responsibility and autonomy that working in a multi-functional role offers.
