About the Role: 

As the Brand Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for the local brand strategy and the UK annual marketing plans, whilst developing effective consumer communication plans to drive the new brand strategy.
  • Work with media, creative and brand activations agencies and developing the media plan.
  • Develop successful relationships with key internal stakeholders in Sales and PR.
  • Development of actionable consumer insights based on both internal and external data.
  • Utilise marketing and EPOS data to monitor brand performance.
  • Development of merchandising, POS and other support materials.NPD and portfolio management.


About You: 

  • You'll need hands-on marketing experience with some work within the area of brand activation. 
  • You will be asked to represent the brand across the whole marketing mix, but you will need to show a passion for digital marketing and have a desire to further build your digital capabilities. 
  • This is a team who are passionate about their brands and take responsibility for proactively driving their agenda.


Desired Skills & Experience: 

  • Previous experience in brand management for 2+years.
  • Experience of executing brand strategies, development and implementation of the annual brand plan.
  • Full management of the annual marketing budget.
  • Passion for digital marketing (and KPI's) and willingness to further learn.
  • Working knowledge of the UK retail environment.
  • Understanding of the commercial picture and experience of delivering in-store campaigns with major UK retailers that drive uplifts in sales.
  • Ability to analyse data and present results.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proactive with the ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
  • I.T. literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
