Business Development Manager
A business development manager position selling premium food into high end restaurants and developing my client's brand in the UK/London market.
My client has a fantastic high end food product that they are looking to launch into the UK. They already have strong sales in France and Spain so this is the next phase in their development and growth. They consider themselves as a 'start up' but with strong backing and support behind them
The business development manager will be responsible for selling this premium food product into high end restaurants in London with the aim of getting the brand [not just product] listed on these menus. This is currently the only position in the UK so you must be comfortable working autonomously and under your own steam. You will have support from Spain and France but marketing/brand building and sales will be the successful applicants responsibility.
We are looking for a business development manager who has experience selling into high end restaurants and ideally a passion for food. You must be comfortable working alone but with occasional travel to Spain and France. Based in London
Salary up to £50 000 + commission and benefits
