National Account Manager / NAM
We are delighted to be working with a very exciting and established fresh produce business that are looking to strengthen their Commercial Team with the appointment of an experienced National Account Manager to manage and build a major retailer account and partner with the New Product Development Team for product and range development.
Dealing directly with the relevant buying managers within the retailer you will be a key point of contact within the business. You will provide clear and concise communication to the broader business, monitoring category performance versus plan and ensuring that opportunities and threats are quickly highlighted whilst managing the day to day handling of your account and maximising the sales within your category.
You will need to be able to communicate effective with Senior Leaders both internally and with the customer building strong relationships and developing account strategies, goals and business plans and conducting regular reviews of business performance, promotion strategies and planograms.
The successful candidate must have previous retail facing account management experience - ideally within Fresh Produce or Fresh Food along with previous price negotiation experience. You will enjoy working as part of a close knit team and have the confidence to make well considered decisions whilst being extremely passionate about what you do.
