National Account Manager - Waitrose & Convenience Retail
Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently recruiting for a National Account Manager within a North West based chilled food manufacturer.
Paul Nyman Consultancy have been engaged by one of our key clients to recruit a National Account Manager to their commercial team. Operating as leaders within their category, our client has invested heavily in manufacturing capability to be first to market with consumer-led innovation. Supplying to all of the major UK retailers, and category captains within many, they are now placing emphasis on growing their premium retail & convenience offering.
You will join the business as National Account Manager – responsible for taking full accountability of the Convenience channel, coupled with responsibility for Waitrose. A thriving customer base, you will utilise your experience to build on the existing account relationships and grow them profitably. You will be viewed as the champion both internally & externally for your portfolio, driving NPD, category & marketing resources to successfully deliver growth.
In this instance, the chosen candidate must demonstrate experience of previous FMCG account management within a chilled/fresh or bakery category. You may be currently managing a range of Convenience customers, or alternatively be managing Top 4 multiples with a desire to get stuck into a different dynamic & challenge yourself.
