NPD – the life blood of any amazing Beauty brand!   My client, an award-winning innovative Colour Cosmetics brand are looking to recruit a Product Development Assistant to support all areas of NPD within their highly creative team. 

Supporting projects across new collections, new product ranges, shade extensions, gifting and more, from concept to shelf.   It’s a busy role so you must be able to bring proven experience in colour cosmetics product development.  As well as a genuine passion for makeup it’s essential to be able to keep your head under pressure, be super-organised to manage multiple projects effectively with high attention to detail.
