The Company: Our client is a leading distributor of equipment and supplies to the hospitality and catering sectors across the UK. Supplying both public and private organisations such as national hotels and restaurants, schools, local health trusts and independent cafes, they lead the way with a comprehensive range of sustainable products, a one stop shop with 20 branches nationwide.

The Role: The Area Sales Manager will be largely responsible for managing an existing portfolio of business accounts as well as prospecting and winning business, working from a database, networking and converting leads. Selling a wide range of supplies and equipment you will be targeting the HORECA channel, the education sector and nursing homes. Dealing with chefs and catering managers, the majority of your accounts will be located across the Northern Home Counties.

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have business to business sales experience
  • Sold to HORECA; hotels, restaurants, cafes etc
  • Ideally worked for a manufacturer
  • Driving license

Benefits of this role:
  • Up to £34,000 basic salary, plus £10-15,000 OTE
  • Full benefits package includes company car, laptop, mobile and pension
