The Client Liaison is a client facing role responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with Nielsen deliverables. This is a critical role and is the link between the client and the wider Nielsen teams i.e. Commercial, Analytics.

You will be the voice of the client internally, providing the view on client satisfaction with Nielsen deliverables and proactively identifying and delivering ways to improve client satisfaction.

You will be accountable for a group of clients and be responsible for understanding their needs, any challenges they face with Nielsen deliveries, communicating progress on specific projects related to client deliverables, bringing in technical specialist as appropriate.

Success in this role will require you to work collaboratively with other functions across the wider Nielsen business.

Key accountabilities for our roles include:

��� Supporting our day to day contacts at the client within a specific remit, contributing to the achievement of client satisfaction targets.
��� Building effective relationships internally and with clients.
��� Solving all client queries in an efficient and effective manner, identifying when to bring in additional technical and specialist support to client meetings related to their deliverables.
��� Being responsive to client needs, asking relevant questions internally and with the client to ensure there is clarity regarding a client request and keeping them informed of the progress of their queries and projects.
��� Taking accountability of your clients queries regardless of whose responsibility it is to resolve.
��� Attending internal meetings, to be voice of the client. Having a good understanding of overall client satisfaction with Nielsen.
��� Proactively reviewing client deliverables and quality metrics to assess/identify improvements and sharing sales opportunities with the Commercial Team.
��� Becoming a Subject Matter Expert and being seen as the go to person. Share knowledge and updates with the wider Nielsen community.
��� Work collaboratively with the wider Nielsen functions to manage client deliverables.
