Online Customer Development Manager
As Online Customer Development Manager reporting to our Customer Account Director, you’ll be the lynchpin in driving digital understanding and execution within a Top 4 retailer. You’ll be responsible for driving sales via the digital channel and building successful relationships internally and externally to ensure full omni-channel execution, ensuring Mars grows its share in the digital space. Developing and implementing the eBusiness vision for the retailer, utilising the principles from our Online Success models, you’ll ensure this vision aligns with the customer strategy to ensure a truly omni-channel approach. Key deliverables include:
• managing the category basics
• developing methodology to carry out track, analyse and optimise ROI of all promo/media activity executed on the customer site/apps
• leading thinking by continually pushing boundaries via test & learn programmes, ensuring strong KPI tracking to measure success and drive future scale.
Qualified to degree level in a business-related discipline, you have a real passion for the digital channel, with proven customer development track experience. A great natural communicator who’s exceptional at building networks both internally and with customers, you have the drive and determination to work in a rapidly changing environment and have a track record of delivering results within the digital arena. An early adopter to new technology, you’re highly analytical and computer-literate, with sound business acumen and comfort around ambiguity. In addition to your robust drive for results and high decision quality, you can also offer:
• great problem-solving and planning skills
• a full UK driving licence.
