Role: Store Manager
Location: Various locations in Leicester
Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus

The Company
The James Retail Group is a leading independently owned neighbourhood retailer, operating around 100 convenience and newsagent stores across the central belt of the country. We operate Select Convenience branded stores, as well as Newsagent brands such as GT News, Supernews and Arden News; and can be found in locations varying from major shopping centres and transport interchanges to hospitals and your local high street.
We provide an extensive range of products and services from snacks and drinks, to your everyday grocery essentials; with certain stores also offering Post Office facilities. The Role
The James Retail Group is looking for motivated and dynamic Store Managers to be based across the Leicester area, whose principal responsibility will be to manage a retail store; ensuring budgets are controlled, and sales targets are met. You will manage and lead a team of Sales Assistants to deliver quality merchandising, and first-rate customer service; ensuring maximum potential is achieved in line with Company standards.
You will be required to be flexible with your working week to cover the store opening hours of Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 05:00am and 22:15pm, working 5 days out of 7 each week.
