The Role: The successful Regional Sales Manager will be managing a team of nine BDMs, and KAMs who sell services including MOTs, repairs, vehicle servicing and call-outs for trucks and commercial vehicles. The role involves coaching, recruiting and mentoring your team, setting targets and ensuring that these are adhered to. Full product and company training is provided.

They manufacture a comprehensive range of types and associated products and services (MOTs, service, repair etc.) and are the leading distributor in the UK.

For this Regional Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong sales management skills
  • You will ideally have managed a remote team which sells a service
  • Outstanding leadership skills, heaps of drive and a real attention to detail
