Job Details
A vacancy for an Account Manager (Travel Retail) has arisen with this leading international premium drinks manufacturer.
Your role will be to support the Key Account Manager in delivering the Global Travel Retail channel strategy taking specific responsibility for supplied retail stores and distribution outlets in Russia and Eastern Europe.
You will manage volume and value targets, as well as other financial performance indicators, whilst assisting with implementing brand strategies and activations. You will manage the relationship and partnership with retail and distribution category managers and deliver against clear market plans. Part of your role will be to own the ‘shop floor’ relationship with all store managers and ensure staff are fully educated with the brand portfolio, whilst delivering required shop floor compliance and reports back to business.
The successful candidate should have:
• Experience of Travel retail account management.
• Specific regional responsibility for Russia and eastern Europe
• Integration and delivery of Sales & Operations
• Achievement of in store promotions, and education & training of estate staff
• Managing invoice processing and in doing so building on the strong relationship between commercial, marketing and finance teams regarding pricing, activation and ROI.
Working with the Key Account Manager, the Account Manager will be highly visible both internally and externally. This role has a high profile and the individual will be expected to operate at every level within both with the organisation and their client. You will be instrumental in delivering objectives with one of the largest travel retail accounts in Europe. Regular travel, especially in Russia and eastern Europe, is expected both for account meetings and frequent store visits.
The role offers access to every aspect of the travel retail business and does so with the weight and support of the brands. For an individual with outstanding analytical skills and a desire to succeed in this changing environment the role of Account Manager is a great opportunity.
