They make all of their products within their UK site based in Cambridgeshire. Their production methods focus on minimal processing and all of their products are 100% organic, vegan and gluten free.

About the Role:

You will be a dynamic field sales specialist that will help the business and brand grow. You will focus your efforts on selling within the organic, coffee shop, and food-to-go sectors. You will play a pivotal role in achieving the UK sales targets. This is an exciting role for a passionate, self motivated and energetic person to identify new sales opportunities and build on your skills. You will manage and build upon existing clients. You will receive the support and training you need to progress your career with the potential to manage larger customers and accounts in the future. As the business grows you will be able to grow you skills and responsibilities with it. Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and working with the MD and Marketing Director as well as other members of the Sales team.

Specific Responsibilities:

Field sales working within London to introduce brand to existing and potential new accounts.
Identify and contact new business leads to introduce the brand.
Contact our existing customer database to build relationships and increase orders.
Manage and respond to new sales inquiries generated through website.
Build long-lasting relationships with customers.
Meet team sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer contacts.
Maintain and expand customer database.
Regularly report and provide feedback to Sales Director, Sales team and Marketing Manager.
Occasionally work on-stand at trade and some consumer fairs, primarily in London.


Strong interest in sales and building relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers at all levels.
Fluency in a foreign language is useful, but not essential.
Strong initiative, self-starter and ability to work independently.
Highly organised and an ability to work under pressure.
An individual who thrives on challenges, targets and shifting priorities.


Proven sales experience whether field or telesales.
Preferably educated to degree level, but not essential as long as you can demonstrate the right aptitude for sales.
Preferred experience of working within FMCG and an understanding of, or at least an interest in the healthy food/healthy lifestyle industry.
Experience working with QuickBooks and CRMs would be helpful.
