A vacancy for an International Sales Manager (Europe) has arisen with this leading family owned, premium interior and homeware business that prides itself on contemporary design and traditional craftsmanship.

In your role, you will be required to develop and implement commercial sales plans to deliver sustainable growth and the company’s sales and brand strategy, in line with financial revenue and profit objectives for the specified remit. You will develop and manage through strategic key account management, the key existing retailer and distributor account base, ensuring sales targets are met, optimal product listings gained and brand sales building opportunities maximised across the target retailers and markets. You will also develop and implement market specific customer acquisition strategies, identifying, planning and building strategic partnerships with key accounts in the target sectors directly and through effective management of the distributor networks and international agents in the relevant markets.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Trade customer management with an international focus
• Account management in a premium, fashion orientated and brand-focused environment
• Demonstrable sales growth performance
• Exposure and understanding of premium brand marketing and the consumer promise to deliver
• Demonstrable project management success

Educated to degree level 2:1 or equivalent (Business / Marketing preferred)

You should also be fluent in verbal and written business English with additional European languages including French, Italian and/or German.

The role will also include significant UK & International Business Travel and will require frequent international travel, particularly at seasonal trade show times. A full, clean EU driving licence and valid Passport are required.
