Key Account Manager – Fine Food

Location: South East

The Role:

Key Account Manager required by an innovative and expanding provider of fine foods.

This excellent sales opportunity will involve selling a wide range of specialist products into department stores, food halls, premium grocers, garden centre groups and leisure & tourism groups throughout the UK.

You will inherit a portfolio of existing clients as well as pro-actively identifying and winning new national accounts across various sectors.

Dealing with buyers and category managers, your remit will be to build strong long term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, increasing product listings and ensuring that all sales targets are achieved.

Successful applicants will need recent experience in selling fine foods into national accounts.


Our Client:

Our client is an innovative, expanding provider of a range of specialist fine foods who have been established for over 25 years, with a turnover in excess of £10million. Due to continued strong growth they are looking to appoint a new Key Account Manager to their successful team.


Essential Requirements:

Recent experience selling fine foods into National Accounts.

Proven track record in developing business.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong relationship builder.


Enthusiastic and positive approach.

Ambitious and driven.

Strong negotiator.

Commercially Astute.



Basic Salary:  £35-40k

Bonus: £45-50k OTE
