We are Hudson RPO. We deliver innovative, forward thinking talent solutions on a global scale. Currently operating in over 20 countries our successful RPO business is responsible for delivering and supporting a varied client base with high touch, strategic resourcing.
Due to a new client win we are seeking to appoint an experienced Sales Recruiter to join their team.
Our client is a global business with a great culture, you will deliver end to end recruitment solutions for the sales function within the business, you will take ownership of partnering and delivery.
To be successful in the role you should bring experience in either a 360, In-house or RPO recruiting capacity. You will demonstrate Strong stakeholder management skills and have sales recruitment experience with the ability to work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
We are looking for field sales recruitment experience gained within FMCG or Retail clients, although field sales recruitment within other markets will be considered.
Travel will be required from time to time to visit their London offices and other sites to meet stakeholders and interview candidates. You should be comfortable interviewing candidates at all levels by phone, video and face to face and you will need to be a good negotiator with the ability to advise and guide your candidates and internal stakeholders through the recruitment process.
