Customer Service Supply Chain Executive, London
The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Customer Service Supply Chain Executive within the global drinks business based in West London.
The role
The Customer Service Supply Chain Executive will be required to oversee all customer service and operational requirements for a portfolio of clients, coordinating with the customer service manager and the stock, sales and warehouse teams to ensure all clients’ needs are met. You will also be required to manage the orders from invoicing to aftercare and keeping to the highest of standards.
The candidate
The successful candidate for the Customer Service Supply Chain Executive job based in London will have the following attributes:
- Degree education
- Proven track-record of working within a supply chain role
- Preferable background of FMCG or Retail environment
- Experience of working in a customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Desirable to speak fluent in French, Spanish, Greek, Italian or Danish
