Role: Store Manager - Relief

Location: Covering the North Yorkshire area (Driving License is essential)

Salary: Up to £23,000 per annum

The Role
The James Retail Group is looking for a quick thinking, dynamic Relief Manager whose principal responsibility will be to manage convenience stores; ensuring budgets are controlled, and sales targets are met. You will manage and lead a team of Sales Assistants to deliver quality merchandising, and first-rate customer service; ensuring maximum potential is achieved in line with Company standards.

You will be required to be flexible with your working week to cover store opening hours of Monday to Sunday, between the hours of 05:00am and 22:15pm.
