I’m on the lookout for a Group Sales Director for an amazing International food business.

You will be responsible for the development of the defined account portfolio, including maintaining well established client relationships and maximising the hotel sector business opportunities through targeting potential new customers. 

The role:

  • Responsible for defining the Hotel growth plan (revenue and contribution)
  • Deliver a sales strategy for the Group Hotel market
  • Deliver revenue growth across the Hotel account portfolio
  • Effectively manage 2 x National Account Managers to deliver against revenue targets
  • Manage and grow the Hotel Group P&L (£15m) to achieve the agreed growth plan
  • work alongside indirect sales channel partners
  • Manage a P&L that includes the Independent Hotel subscriptions and the Group Hotel P&L (£15m + £10m)
  • Manage existing clients & generate new business
  • Sell across a portfolio of products
  • Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of key accounts, including financial performance, company and brand strategy, segmentation, penetration and key contacts from board level to operational staff

You must:

  • Min. 10 years’ sales experience selling to HORECA sector
  • Experience of managing a sales team of 2 or more
  • Commercially & strategically astute
  • Book of contacts with National Hotel chains at director level
  • Experienced with Salesforce CRM system
  • Experience dealing with 3rd party suppliers
  • Full UK driving license
