MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit customer and broker allowances loaded into the SAP rebate module.
• Prepare and post journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with annual, quarterly, or monthly closing procedures.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis for management.
• Evaluates financial controls and ensures compliance under Sarbanes Oxley.
• Interact with internal and external auditors as necessary to complete audits.
• Audits customer rebate reconciliations and reviews accrual adjustments.
• Monitors and resolves clearing account activity.
• Handles special projects and supports finance initiatives with the business functions. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Accounting/Finance/Business Degree or equivalent is required.
• Significant business experience (1 year +) with complex accounting/financial analysis will be a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft Offices skills.
• Solid understand of database applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent interaction, relationship management (oral and written) and customer service skills.
• English proficiency is required.  
• Multi-language skills are preferred.
