My client is a substantial iconic branded or own label global food business with a strong track record of profitable sales growth and company investment including c.£20m on marketing their brands.

Following an internal promotion they are looking for an experienced Interim National Account Manager to take full P&L responsibility for their c.£45m Discounter account portfolio for a period of c.6 months.

Having gained a strong level of Grocery, Discounter or Impulse retail National Account Manager experience you are either a professional Interim Manager or currently looking for your next permanent position, yet would consider a medium term Interim National Account Manager opportunity. Either way, you will have branded and own label FMCG food or drink experience and be fully conversant with all modern account management activities including P&L Management, JBP negotiation, category management and cross functional internal team working. Furthermore, you are a highly polished professional National Account Manager who can build effective relationships both internally and externally.

A competitive day rate plus business expenses will be made available to this appointment. The selected Interim candidate could also be considered for the permanent appointment if this suited their career development plan.
