Right now, Field Sales Solutions is looking for a Van Sales Representative to work on behalf of our key client Ferrero UK, the name behind some of the nation’s favourite confectionary brands, including Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise.

It’s very much a Sales role, so you’ll be as skilled at driving distribution. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll pick up the van every morning from the depot in Long Crendon and spend the day travelling an average of 100 miles, visiting retailers and building on-going relationships with them.

You’ll sell stock from the van, giving presentations to retailers when a new product or promotion is about to be launched in their store. There’ll also be Point-of-Sale material to distribute and display from time to time. 

Other than that, it’s about completing invoices and credit notes, following your journey plan to the letter each day and making sure you give feedback on each call you make using our reporting procedure. It will also be up to you to bank any money you take from stock sold.

If you love the open road, meeting new people and challenging yourself to meet performance targets, this is the ideal FMCG Sales role. You’ll need to be a graduate with a background in a similar role and demonstrable experience of achieving product sales growth. 

We’re looking for someone with the vision to evaluate processes and really drive a step change in the way we engage with our customers to increase category performance. Oh, and a driving licence, of course.
