Big Senior Brand Manager role with a clear development route to Controller - managing 2 direct reports and with responsibility for a £200m+ brand.
A leading player in their category, with a top 50 FMCG brand in the UK market and a big focus on innovation in the coming years.
Very much a people-centric business, both in terms of the influence consumers have on their marketing strategy, and the internal focus on creating a great working culture.
This role will be responsible for one of their key brands, with a sizeable budget to match the central importance of the brand to the business.
It's their biggest SBM role and there's a clear desire internally to bring someone on board who will progress into a senior leadership position.
It's a brand with a huge reach thanks to sustained ATL spend in recent years, so you'll be inheriting a well-known, much loved and far reaching portfolio!
With 2 direct reports (ABM/BM level) to support, you'll need to be able to provide strong strategic & operational leadership - laying out a clear long-term strategy, whilst also having the experience to focus on day to day tactical work & execution.
You can show clear progression through a business, with regular promotions throughout your career and a track-record of success in all roles.
You'll know the FMCG market inside-out, with a love of food & drink.
