This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity to join a growing company in the sporting industry as a Partnership Sales Executive. Office based in the East Midlands, you will be responsible for building relationships and striking up new partnerships with large national clients in order to drive growth within the business.

As the Partnership Sales Executive you will become an integral part of the Partnership Sales Team, where you will be required to build, grow and develop your portfolio of corporate, blue chip clients alongside prospecting and securing new business wins. The role will be a mixture of telesales and networking with clients on a face to face basis. The business requires an individual who is ambitious but also has a consultative and educational selling style.

Responsibilities of the Partnership Sales Executive will include but are not limited to:
  • Develop & grow the sponsorship portfolio consisting of major blue chip key accounts
  • Identify brands to align with the business - prospect and secure new partnerships
  • Work not only with external stakeholders but also cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in the business
  • Reaching and exceeding monthly & annual sales targets
  • Meeting with key clients on a monthly basis to deliver new opportunities and nurture existing business
  • Promote and represent the business in a professional and competent manner


Key skills and experience required:

  • Experienced within sales and account management
  • Ideally 2 years minimum B2B sales experience
  • Experience of working on the telephone & meeting with clients face to face
  • Experience within the Sponsorship & Partnership Industry would be highly advantageous
  • Proven track record of success in a targeted environment
  • Able to work to a high standard under pressure
  • A passionate, enthusiastic and driven approach
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills are essential in this role
  • Self motivated and able to work on your own initiative
  • Capable of adapting and communicating at different levels, both internally and externally with key stakeholders
  • Full, clean UK driving license
