Sales Manager – Craft Brewery – up to £35,000 (experience dependent) – London


A really exciting opportunity has arisen with a craft brewery currently in rapid-growth. This brewery has just secured funding to install a huge new brewery and are now looking for an experienced sales manager to spearhead sales operations. They already have a strong presence in their target areas but are now looking to increase operations across London and the UK.


This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain autonomy and responsibility in their next role. Moving forward, the successful candidate will look to grow a sales team and become a key decision maker within the business.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • To deliver agreed sales targets in terms of volume & profit
  • To manage existing outlets by building the relationship with the manager and staff, putting in place the right activity and ensuring we have the optimum range and visibility
  • To identify growth opportunities and win new business to grow volumes and your outlet base
  • Training and education of customers and consumers on our products
  • Plan and manage events as well participate in events, with customers, trade shows and tap room
  • Be brand ambassador and delivering our strategic message


The successful candidate will:

  • Be confident, enthusiastic & energetic personality
  • Have a minimum 3 years’ On Trade sales and field sales experience
  • Have a track record of managing customers and winning new business at an outlet and small chain level
  • Be passionate about beer
  • Have prior experience in the beer industry
  • Be highly organised & good knowledge of excel
