A unique opportunity to join the senior team of a fast growing spirits business. This role is required to provide leadership in sales efforts in both the on and off trade channels. Will be setting future strategic direction as part of the main board for both the UK and international business.
Candidate will have:
• On and off trade channel experience at controller level or above
• Drinks industry experience
• Trade marketing expertise
• Commercial rigour in establishing sustainable and profitable business
• Team management experience - small scale - will need to be hands on
• An influencer with a significant network across both business channels i.e. buyers, route to market, key on trade groups.
• Awareness of CRM systems and sales tracking procedures
• Consumer and customer focus to further enhance the brand name
Package: £70-90k + car + Bonus + potential equity
