The Role
Contact Centre Sales Advisors within Brakes are essential in how we respond to and interact with our customers. It is important that all Contact Centre Sales Advisors are able to build a professional relationship with Customers and achieve sales targets through delivering excellent customer service and exceeding our customer’s expectations.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
The successful operatives will have a strong customer focus and be a team player. You will have excellent rapport building skills demonstrated through clear and effective communication

Essential:
Employing over 10,000 people, the group supplies a diverse customer base, which includes, independent pubs, restaurants and hotels, schools, hospitals, contract caterers and well known national chains.

- To deliver excellent customer service
- To develop profitable sales growth through contact existing customers on both inbound and outbound contact channels
- To accurately and promptly process customer orders so that the department’s targets and objectives are met / exceeded.

Essential:
- PC literate
- Verbal communication skills
- An ability to work in a target critical environment
- Attention to detail
- Literacy and numerical skills
- An ability to work effectively within team
- Objection handling and questioning skills
- Previous Contact Centre Experience
- Previous sales experience
- Food knowledge
