Have you been working for 1 or 2 years at a Brewery and feel like a bit of a small cog in a bigger wheel? Do you want to be more involved in the strategy of the business? Take more responsibility for the progression of the brewery? We have an opportunity that can provide all of this and more

We are working with an extremely ambitious brewery, set up by a couple of the best brewers in the industry, to help find a key hire in their development. This person will be responsible for developing sales in big pub companies, key wholesale and national off trade accounts. This person will need the craft beer knowledge to allow them to sell the beer, as well as commercial ability to strike deals with larger companies

We are looking for someone with a few years’ experience in beer but just as critical, the positive attitude it takes to increase sales in key accounts. The team is currently fairly small but a new brewery is being planned in 2018 and another 2 tap rooms to boot. This will allow them to increase head count and you will be the person to make it all happen.
