Due to strong growth and expansion, McCain are looking to appoint a Customer Development Controller to join an expanding team!  This role will give you the opportunity to directly influence and impact the McCain Retail strategy to deliver profitable growth in both the frozen and chilled categories, and to drive the success of the newly launched chilled operation.

As Customer Development Controller you will be responsible for both chilled and frozen across a set of designated retail multiple and convenience customers, including:
•    Delivery of volume, value and profit
•    Creation of a high performance environment, leading and developing a team
•    Define and implement JBPs
•    Together with your peer group, define the engagement strategy by customer
•    Ensuring efficient supply chain management 
•    Working collaboratively with the marketing team to optimise performance

Successful candidates will have proven experience in branded FMCG working within the Top 4 Grocery Retailers, demonstrate strong leadership and development of people, be commercially savvy, good with numbers and setting budgets and have strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills. Chilled experience will be advantageous but not essential.
