We've ambitious goals. And we know it's the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we're looking for an outstanding Merchandising & Ranging Specialist to join our Category & Trade Marketing (Off Trade) team.

The Role

In this role you'll develop and deliver the HEINEKEN UK Merchandising Strategy, incorporating all available shopper and category insights to ensure that HEINEKEN remains at the forefront of FMCG Merchandising and Store Execution Capability. You will design and deliver the HEINEKEN UK Picture of Success for the Beer & Cider Categories in the Grocery channel, through category reviews in key customers. You'll have ownership and responsibility for managing share of space and distribution setting for the Off Trade Channel.

Acting as the first point of contact for merchandising input into customer category plans, you'll incorporate a robust contact strategy with the category/marketing leads in the key customers, to enhance HUKs relationships and create a rolling plan for category activity.

In doing so you'll support Heineken's NPD launches through the provision of merchandising plans for specific retailers ensuring optimum positioning and space/SKU targets.

This role interfaces with multiple internal and external stakeholders at senior sales and marketing level so you'll be comfortable taking the lead as the subject expert within this community. You'll draw on extensive merchandising experience and use of merchandising software and VR to be successful, ultimately achieving Category Partnership in the relevant Customers.
