One of my clients, a multinational market leader in premium F.I.B.C. packaging, are on the search for an Account Manager to help build a new division of their business. Well established as premium suppliers they are now looking to boost their presence in other segments of the market.
This role is a healthy split of account management and business development, you will be working closely some of the biggest pharmaceutical and food manufacturers in the country. You will be travelling to visit customers, chasing leads and being the voice of the customer to the business. This is a new part of the business which you will be control of, exploring new areas of the market in which to move into.
Experience in selling any grade of F.I.B.C is absolutely essential, as a knowledge of the market and product is key to ensure this venture is able to hit the ground running. You will also need to be a proven negotiator and strong at developing new business, as you will need to be able to bring in new clients within the first 12 months.
