My client is relatively new [but highly successful] confectionary business - the press, PR and results around this company has been outstanding already. This founder-led business has delivered a quality product and brand which can be found in major Grocery, Convenience, Online and Out of Home retailers. With a reputation for delivering quality, innovative and on-trend products; they are now moving into an exciting new phase of their journey and need a commercial manager to join them in the foodservice/ out of home channel.
Based in London, the Commercial Manager role will involve;
- Working on NPD
- Developing JBP's
- Building strong relationships at both Head Office and end user level
- Developing tactical strategies to increase distribution in existing accounts and maximize promotions
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities and coming up with new initiatives to drive in store sales
- Bringing the brand to life by devising targeted in-store marketing, including point of sale, creative displays, promotions and collaborations.
We are looking for a driven and passionate Commercial Manager with a track record of creating joint business plans and achieving profitable growth with the out of home channel. The successful commercial manager will be looking to work for a company which will give you freedom, autonomy and the ability to shape the future direction of this high profile channel. Providing you have FMCG sales experience we are open on background, you might be a National Account Executive looking for your next step up, or possibly an experience NAM who is missing something in terms of engagement with your current business and is ready to join a high growth company. Based in London.
£30 000 - £40 000 basic.
