Fantastic opportunity to join one of the coolest, innovative companies out there as a Regional Delivery Performance Manager!

My client is a foodie/Tech business, operating on an international level, so progression within the company is very rapid for the right person.

You may have worked as an Area Manager or Operations Manager be confident with all aspects of the operational side of food delivery. Ideally you will have experience from a fast-paced environment and have implemented and set up procedures & managed P&L, with a hugely analytical mindset.

Even better if you have been involved with a start-up or worked previously for a branded restaurant group or supermarket chain and set up Operations for their delivery department.

Based from the London office you will manage the operations for London and South England, ensuring everything runs smoothly,

What is it?

  • High level skill set - analytical side. You will consume large amounts of data. If something

goes wrong, you will have problem solving skills to solve it quickly and efficiently.

  • Manage your own time and have leadership qualities to influence people
  • Your key responsibility will be to manage the operations and costs for a region of restaurant delivery daily.
  • Day to day performance management, cost, efficiency, and process improvements of the delivery operation
  • Full accountability for P&L
  • Manage Driver utilisation, driver training, collection & delivery processes, resource planning & forecasts
  • Managing restaurant partners’ delivery processes on a day to day basis.
  • Identify causes of operational issues as well as symptoms, diagnose and cure
  • Develop and build on relationships within restaurant partners in partnership with key account managers, to change and improve processes
  • Identify gaps and opportunities
  • Monitoring, reporting and improvement of operational performance of our Partners
  • Collaborative problem solving with many different stakeholders in the business
  • Own and run a regional section of the UK restaurant delivery service operation
  • Work closely with key players on day to day basis to enforce and improve operating process standards, capturing best practices across most successful restaurant partners and delivery partners

  • Process driven, great with figures and an analytical mindset.
  • Degree Educated but not afraid to muck in and get your hands dirty
  • 5-8 years’ restaurant operations experience from a fast-paced FMCG background or delivery company, perhaps even from the operations side of the events world
  • Initiative, self-starter get stuck-In roll up sleeves, solve problems
  • Adaptable to changes & entrepreneurial
  • Great at number crunching and improving costs & functions
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
