As part of the Field Sales Solutions team, you’ll be one of a number of brilliant, energised and engaging people making their mark in the confectionery sector. We’re based all over the UK so this is truly a hunt to find the nation’s best.

You don’t necessarily need experience but you’ll need a passion for retail and sales that goes above and beyond. Not to mention the ability to go all-out to represent and develop the brand.

Retail Development Representatives & Executives – Convenience

As a Retail Development Representative, you’ll work across a defined geographical territory, driving to and meet with local independent retailers, increasing distribution and display of Ferrero products. Selling stock and offering POS solutions, you’ll follow a structured approach and be accountable for your performance – really getting to grips with best practice in merchandising, stock management and product visibility.

Retail Development Managers & Executives – Grocery

The Retail Development Manager role is for those with a real appetite for career development. A highly influential sales person, you’ll work with store managers to really drive sales. It’s about aspiring to be the best of the best, embracing our outstanding training and really taking your development by the horns.

As a Retail Development Executive, you’ll meet retailers and take responsibility for hitting challenging targets. Delivering first class implementation and compliance in-store, you’ll bring a positive attitude, engaging personality and a genuine desire to go all the way in sales.

Cash and Carry Executives – Cash and Carry

Join us and you’ll execute our depot visibility strategy and merchandising plan for Ferrero UK. This is all about building strong relationships with clients, agreeing targets and supporting promotions, ensuring that all listed lines are available in depot at all times.
