Excellent bakery specialist position with leading Artisan bakery supplier

This position involves responsibility for a territory and ensuring commercial success and growth across a designated area.
You will be responsible for managing a client base of bakery suppliers, who supply exceptional specialist and artisan products to our organisation, which we in turn supply to some of the leading Foodservice end users in the UK.
Your initial focus will be to manage relationships with existing bakeries and ensure they are compliant, producing fantastic products and negotiating commercial terms.
The other focus will be to research the region and develop relationships with next bakery suppliers that are able to add value to our current range.
You will sell the service of being a manufacturing supplier to our organisation and again ensure commercial terms and audits to supply are in place.

Within 10 years we had built up to a £45 million turnover, and we are now up to £75 million
We have continually grown and developed and we are now working with some major players within both retail and foodservice.

We are seeking to speak to candidates with a sales or operational territory management background with an interest and passion for food.
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven commercial background in managing a territory or accounts or suppliers.
• Candidates with a Field Sales account management background working towards commercial targets and with a structured and targeted approach will be of particular interest.
• Candidates with a background in sales of food or to the Foodservice sector will be of particular interest.
