Brand Manager - FMCG Food

A leading FMCG food brand is looking for a Brand Manager to join their talented team. This globally renowned brand has shown impressive growth over several years, being recognised for their innovative approach and creative packaging. With a strong brand track record, the purpose of the role is to continue this and help write the next phase of the brand's history.

In this role you would be responsible for:

• Delivering market and financial KPI's through the successful execution of brand plans
• Supporting and developing the 3 year strategic marketing plan and one year brand plan
• Working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• The management and allocation of the advertising promotion budget, as well as putting together below the line recommendations for the brand
• Helping to develop new ideas for products through NPD and concept testing, with involvement from creation right through to launch
• Generating commercial wins for the brand by providing recommendations on sales figures

To be successful in this role you will have at least 4 years' experience from an FMCG related marketing role. You will also possess experience of developing brand plans from start to finish and be able to work on both strategic natured as well as hands-on projects. You will have experience of NPD and product development from creation through to launch. You will also have experience of the commercial side of things, managing brand p&l's for instance. You will also be a creative and engaging person who is a real team player and isn't afraid to contribute your own ideas to the team.
