Salary: c£40,000 + Uncapped Commission OTE £52K + Car or Car Allowance
Our client is market leader in the water cooler industry and a national player in the coffee and coffee machine business. As part of a larger group, which has a presence in over 20 countries, our client has over 15 years’ experience supplying businesses with state of the art coffee and water solutions. After some key contract wins, our client now needs to appoint an experienced National Account Manager to help drive the business on!
As a National Account Manager, you will inherit an established client base covering the whole of England and be responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth. The role is to provide a mixture of Water & Coffee solutions in national companies across the UK
Additional Responsibilities Will Include:
Efficient portfolio management
Build trusting relationships
Ensure a good level of conversion rate
Identify new opportunities.
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager with a background in the Coffee, Water Vending arena and someone who is keen to join an ever expanding, entrepreneurial feeling business. A proven ability to manage key accounts is also crucial.
In addition, we are looking for someone who can be based anywhere in England but ideally near Manchester, London, Birmingham or Glasgow.
A dynamic individual and a self-starter.
A proven track record in customer retention.
Excellent sales skills.
Able to influence decisions and close for sales orders.
Great personality – positive, likeable, good sense of humour, builds relationships easily
Embraces being accountable for performance and prioritises constantly in order to meet targets.
Possess the potential and desire to progress to a more senior role.
