Area Sales Manager - Grocery

Growth. Leadership. Influence. Field Sales Solutions provides sales solutions to a portfolio of big brand names. As an Area Manager, you will focus on Ferrero UK, one of our key clients. Directing, leading and motivating a team, you will drive distribution, availability, visibility and sales through blitz activity and intern providing a return on investment. Proven sales experience, with a thorough knowledge of the Grocery, is required.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in close partnership with the client, as we deliver a long-term sales strategy together. Providing the leadership and impetus to achieve agreed KPIs, you will plan and conduct training programmes, maintain performance standards and analyse results. Your ultimate goal will be to shape, develop and support a high-performance team, with the initiative, autonomy and ambition to make the most of every opportunity sales for our client. The ability to think strategically is essential, supported by demonstrable commercial acumen and data analysis skills.
