Role Purpose Statement: To work alongside the Senior Dev Chef supporting the Brakes Mobile Kitchen, ensuring that set-up and clear down tasks are carried out fully as well as support for service.
 

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Support for Food Prep & loading onto mobile kitchen
Ensuring mobile kitchen is cleaned – prior to & after the event
Ensure mobile kitchen equipment inventory is
checked/loaded
Ensure all non-food / service equipment is checked/loaded
Ensure set-up for service is completed
Assist with food/lunch service
